The entrance doors (two layers) are too heavy to open, I think for anyone, especially with suitcases on the check in day. No one helped. During my stay (5 nights) sometimes there was a door man at the heavy door but half of the time, now one was there to help open (the heavy door!!).
I was supposed to receive two bottles of water every day, but 3 days out of 5 days, I had to call and request to house keeper. That was annoying.
Bathrobe was not offered. During my stay, I did not realize it, but when I looked at the booking.com page after I came home, it says "Bathrobe" under the bathroom amenity. It would have been nice to have a bathrobe.
The house keeper did not supply additional shampoo and conditioner at all after the second day, so I had to call the housekeeper.
Hotel restaurant was not open for breakfast even though hotels.com site says breakfast is available. Some rooms were under renovation which is reasonable and good for hotel, but I was not notified any of the inconveniences in advance. How unfair.
Many people in the review site said "Friendly stuff!" and "Helpful stuff!", however, my experience at Hotel Hayden was not the same. Great location though, so it is a shame that I have to reconsider staying at this hotel again in the future.
