This was the worst hotel stay I've ever had. This hotel as a property and as staff and ownership was a horrible representation of LaQuinta as a brand. Admittedly I don't stay at LaQuinta properties much if at all, but it is because of experiences like this. The room was horrible and smelt like wet dog. I couldn't sit on any chairs because they had visible stains and smelt horrible, the shower was horrible, internet took over an hour to connect. Just a bad experience. I was tricked because the pictures are of a lobby but its not finished and this is an old hotel that they are upgrading the lobby area only not the hotel. As soon as you get off thw first floor and come off the elevator its like 2 different properties. Not only will I never stay here again, I will not stay at a La Quinta property again. I travel over 200 days a year and am a platinum or gold member with most major chains and have an amazing membership with Hotels.com so Im not a novice with hotels, And I never write reviews but this was awful. Lastly when I requested a late check out, because online it states check out is at noon, which was one reason I booked them, I was told in order to get a 12 noon check out it would be a $100 late check out fee. I have never heard of such a thing especially in a hotel that advertised a noon check and was now refusing to honor it without try to charge me $100 in addition to the rate. LA Quinta should really vet its franchisees. So much more I could say but bu now you get the
