There was a planned blackout during my stay.
It is from 9 am to 5 pm
But the reseption staff said to me the night before.
why they did not inform me when I check in 2days ago?
There is no water supply during the power outage.
But the staff said only power(electronic) stop.
Why does the staff say unclear information?
I had to leave the room during a hot day time.
(because I can not use toilet too)
So,I try go to swimming pool while that time.
But,the pool is dirty.
There were many dead leaves and garbage.
I understand that the power outage is in progress.
but the reseption staff does not work and is sitting on a guest sofa and using a mobile phone long long time.
I know it,the reseption staff is not clean work at usually.
But,If they do not work at reseption,they have to help cleaen the hotel too.
I will not stay again that hotel.
