Location: - 5 min walk from the Oia bus terminal. The hotel is located outside of the Oia’s famous tourists destinations, and it was good for us to be out of the tourists crowd. A couple of mini markets are available nearby with 3-5 min walk. There are hundreds of restaurants and cafes in Oia, and most of them are reachable with 15 min walk. There is a very good Greece tapas restaurant just in front of the hotel with nice roof-top terrace. Facility: - Very good. The room was clean and quiet in full-use. The guest can enjoy breakfast at the room terrace if it is available for your room. I guess there is no roof-top terrace at this hotel and unfortunately no ocean view, but I was very satisfied with the quality of the stay compare to the cost, considering the very expensive stay at the hotels in the most touristic district in Oia. Staff - Very polite and professional, also very friend. They helped us to have pleasant stay in Santorini.

日本語のコメントがなかったので、また 非常に満足度の高い滞在だったので、コメントさせてもらうことにしました。　 一言で言うと、「景色とプール」を捨てて、「ロケーションと価格」に重きをおく場合、このホテルは ベストチョイスの一つだと思います。　ロケーションは 一本 バス通りを渡れば いわゆるイアのメインストリートです。景色/買い物/レストラン 全てがあります。　一方、部屋からの景色は サントリーニらしい「白と青」という風景はのぞめず、海も見えません。　また、プールもありません。　それ以外の朝食/部屋のインテリア/スタッフのサービスは申し分ありませんでした。　 イア中心で 景色もプールもとなると ハイシーズンでは ミニマム6-7万円だと思うので、このホテルであれば 1/3程度で宿泊できます。　因みに、プールに関しては 「プールカフェバー」を利用すれば プールも入れますし、ビーチという選択肢もありかと思います。 チェックインからチェックアウトまで 嫌な思いをすることなく 快適な滞在ができました。スタッフのみなさんに 感謝です。　ありがとうございました。

Our one-night stay at Fileria Suites was fantastic. The room was beautiful. The location of it was perfect for us. Very close walking distance to the Oia bus station, we loved that. Also, the hotel was away from the very busy streets of Oia shops, which made our stay quiet. The customer service was excellent. Thank you so much for making our one-night stay very pleasant! I will definitely refer this hotel to anyone who asks me where they could stay in Oia. :)

I love everything about this property. The room looks like a high-end hotel (without the high-end price). It's extremely clean. The service is fantastic. Breakfast is served in the room or the private courtyard. It was set up with a tablecloth, like in the restaurant. The breakfast was delicious! There is a bus stop right next to the property, so make sure to request a stop, otherwise you have to walk back 300 meters from the main Oia stop. The property is one street away from the main street, which is very convenient for everything. Because it's not on the cliff/hillside, you don't need to walk up and down, which is good for people with mobility issues. I'll definitely stay there again in the future.

We arrived early in the morning, but the staffs put lots of effort so we were able to checkin before the noon. They also helped us to make dinner, boat tour, and taxi reservation. The hotel’s location is so great! Each morning, the delicious breakfast was delivered to our room. This hotel is very new, super clean, and decorated with style!

This place was so awesome. The rooms were great, they had everything we needed and it was so close to just walk across the street to see the Santorini sunset. They had breakfast brought to our rooms and the workers there are extremely nice

I was disappointed with the view. Online advertising only showed ocean/city views. Our view was of the local neighborhood. The only saving grace was the beautiful flowering plant around on of the neighboring patio. Pluses were the excellent staff services and the breakfast served in our room. The location was also ideal for getting into the main city center.

Great hotel- would visit again

If you don’t mind not having a sea view, then this is a great place to stay at! The Main Street is a very short walk away along with the private car park which was useful given how hard it can be to find parking space in Oia. The rooms are comfortable and modern (with A/C) and breakfast was served on the outside table which was lovely in the mornings. Moreover the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Very convenient to all things in oía! Property is on the back side of the cliffs but it’s worth it. Our unit had a view of a beautiful pink tree and it was a great little balcony view! They serve you breakfast in the morning, choices is yours and it was a delicious relaxing way to start the morning! Parking is only down the street but it’s gated and you don’t have to worry about other people hitting the car. The hotel is nice and relaxing and would recommended.
