Hotel management and staff are friendly and work hard.
However, this is not a hotel for at least the American tourist expecting, say, what would be a standard room at a Hilton, Holiday Inn or Marriott property. Hotel rooms have a run-down, dingy atmosphere; though to be fair, the hotel is under renovation.
Location is excellent, if your work is in/around the South Mumbai area. A train station is a few minutes away, and buses/taxis/Uber are easily available.
Hotel has a three-star rating at Expedia. I would rate it no more than two-stars.

Handy ...in midst Mumbai.
Hotel is centrally located and walking distance to popular Marine Drive. Few minutes to Chandi Railway station , eateries . taxis Banks , shops etc. Hotel proper is on 2 levels and serviced by a lift/stairs.Wash room is compact. Breakfast is a mix of continental /curry.For Muslim clients there is a Masjid on premises.Hotel is value for money.
