誰かが使った後のままのアパート
まずカギの受け取り場所が遠すぎる。長時間飛行機乗った後に大きな荷物持って分かりにくい場所までカギを取りに行くのは大変。そしてカギはは一つしかもらえず同行者と別行動するのが不便。部屋に入って驚いたのは食器洗い乾燥機に半乾きの食器が入ったまま。冷蔵庫には飲みかけの水が残ったまま。冷凍庫も使い残した氷が入ったまま。オーブンは一目で掃除されてないことが分かり使えない。寝室の引き出しはホコリまみれ。掃除機があるがゴミが満杯に入っており悪臭がでる。これだけは我慢できず自分でゴミパックを掃除した。乾燥機はフタの周りがホコリだらけ。洗濯機のゴミ取りネットもゴミが入ったまま。一番困るのはクレームを伝えようとしても管理者が電話に出ないこと。受付のあるホテルに泊まった方が良いです

Terrible
Communication about the check-in/key procedure was not provided until I private messaged the Volt Apartments the day before we were due to arrive. The key collection procedure is a a long drawn out mess around. While I understand that there is no reception desk we could see a property manager in an office and felt that the system could be better fine tuned to avoid the extra stop to collect a key from a locker in a downtown building. The apartment itself was tiny, one of the bedrooms the furniture didn't fit the room. There was a vacuum cleaner and other housekeeping paraphernalia stored in the bedrooms. Finally the cleanliness of the apartment was well below par. The shower was filthy with grime and scum around the door frame and floor. There was evidence of previous guests stays such as hair, dirt and rubbish. I don't expect to pull the covers back off my bed to find hairs in it. The walls are so thin you can hear everything happening next door. Volt Apartments is a residential apartment block (not just for travellers). Our apartment had a lingering strong aroma of many curry dinners previously cooked by the people who resided in the apartment next door. The smell was overwhelming when we went to unlock our front door as the neighbours door was right next to ours. Overall I wouldn't stay here again. It is way too overpriced for what it is and the general level of uncleanliness of the apartment.

There was no WiFi available even when managers promised every day to supply. Apartment was in a student accommodation building which was very strange. Loud music and people noisy all night.

Wi-fi wasn't working and wasn't fixed even after we reported it. No central heating but portable heaters were provided. Property was clean. The key pick-up can be quite inconvenient if you're coming from the airport with your bags. The confirmation e-mail says a representative from the property manager can meet us at the apartment itself, upon request. However, after we requested this, we were told that the manager was short of staff and could only arrange for a key pick-up from a locker about 8 to 10 minutes' walk from the apartment. Perhaps it would be better if the manger can find a way to keep the key in a secured lock box someplace closer to the apartment building. Also be aware that to get to the apartment unit itself, one has to walk through a narrow walkway/terrace that's exposed to the elements.

Central Apartment
Didn't realise how far we would have to walk with our bags, no on-site parking. I found a car park building in a side street 300 metres away. Key pick up was OK but you need your emailed instructions with you otherwise confusing. 2 out of 3 lifts weren't working and there were queues for the one that was. Apartment was very nice, good beds but it was noisy from surrounding apartments. Seems to be lots of young people living there. Shower trap was blocked and tray nearly overflowed with a very short shower. Nice and handy for the city but not really suitable for older people as no handrails in bathroom.
