If you have trouble sleeping due to noise, this hotel is not the right choice. Our first room faced the street, and we were aware that the hotel was located in the city center, meaning there would be street noise. However, the air in our room was so bad that we had to open the window, but the noise was so loud that it was impossible to sleep. Eventually, late at night, when the street became quieter, we managed to get some rest.
Additionally, the beds were incredibly poor—they creaked, and the mattress was simply uncomfortable. The next day, we requested a new room, and the staff kindly moved us to a room away from the street. This helped with the traffic noise, but now there was a constant noise from the ventilation system and water pipes. It was very easy to hear when toilets were flushed in other rooms.
The bed in this room was a double bed, and it was so worn out that we rolled toward the middle. Once again, we requested a new room, which we received, but we were informed that it would be the last time. The beds in the new room were better since they were single beds and did not creak, but the noise from the ventilation and water pipes remained.
The staff was friendly and helpful, but due to the condition of the hotel and the noise, we would never choose to stay here again.
