Room was dirty, stains on the floor, no AC, decayed food in the fridge, Bathroom not clean, Towels not washed, No internet. Receptionist with poor communication, you ring they don't pick up and they don't provide their official email unless you make a request. If you email them, it takes days and days to get back to you. I claimed refund but they refused, I am considering lodging a formal complaint because my kids became sick because of the terrible conditions. The government should take relevant regulatory action against them.
