The worst hotel in my life!
It was horrible service ever!
When we arrived in front of this hotel at 9 p.m, no staff was there, so we had to wait outside very hot and humid.
We knocked the door so many time during 20 mins, finally the other guests opened.
Then I called the owner to give us the key of our room, she said "Our check-in time is until 2 p.m.!"
But in advance I sent the email to let them know that our check-in time should be around 9 p.m. because of our flight schedule, and I received their response of " No problem, we will wait until 9 p.m."
Even though I explained this, she said "I didn't receive any mail from you.", so we had an arguement.
But finally she accepted to come and we waited.
Then 10 mins later she called me again and said, "Sorry I found your email, I will send you somebady."
And another 15 mins later, finally the staff came.
So it took us about 1 hour just for check-in, even though we were really tired at night.
And the owners never appeared for the apologies during our stay.
