Great place to stay - considering the limitations of coved 19

But, no A/C, slow internet, disappointing communication regarding COVID19 - only those who directly book from their site were informed about their policies, for those who book thru 3rd party did not get the communication.

Just basic amenities. Breakfast was only plus for better fair value. Otherwise value was not there.

It was ok and a bit disappointing.

This hotel as excellent, friendly staff. It has a great location and has all the comforts for a perfect stay.

Nice and friendly check in with helpful information for the parking on the street. It was unusual for me to receive a follow up call 20-30min after arriving in the room. Very pleasant. Thank you.

A lovely stay. Spacious, quiet, well appointed room. Excellent location for walking the inner harbour, downtown area. Breakfast was ok...could try harder in that area (local produce, interesting breads, cheeses, jams etc were all featured at a BestWestern Plus we stayed at in Copenhagen recently so I guess we got spoiled). Otherwise a great stay...appreciated secure underground parking at a reasonable rate. Very good value for money!

we always stay at BW properties whenever possible and this location worked out well for us again.

Staff was amazing. Very friendly and prodessional. Breakfast had lots of variety of hot and cold food.
