The property is definitely not a 4.5 star property more like 3 stars. The management at this resort was the worse. I left my wallet in the safe when I checked out and it contained my credit cards and passport. I called the hotel to let them know, they stated that there was nothing in the safe. I drove back to the property and the manager kept asking me if maybe I left it somewhere else. She was trying to make me feel as if I was crazy and never had my wallet in the safe. Long story short don't stay here, if an issue arises, management will not help you. This was the most horrible experience I have ever had. I travel a lot and nothing like this has ever happened to me. Yes I left in the safe but that doesn't mean I should have been treated the way that I was. Thank goodness I was able to get back home. I'm also happy that I had amazing stays at the other properties while in Bali because this definitely left a nasty taste in my mouth. I DO NOT RECCOMEND PURI SEBALI at all.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 days in early October 2024. The resort was fantastic and the staff were extremely kind and attentive. There were a lot of food options at the restaurant and the food was really good. They offer a free shuttle to Ubud center. The view of the rice terrace was spectacular. We would definitely stay here again!
