The hotel is centrally located, which was a big plus. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, and our room was always clean. The in-house coffee shop served great coffee, and a couple of front desk staff members were very helpful.
However, there were several drawbacks that made the stay less enjoyable. The elevators were incredibly slow and unreliable — we once waited 20 minutes just to get down from the rooftop. Food and drinks were average at best, and both bars closed at 11pm, even on weekends, which was disappointing given how busy the rooftop always was.
We also had an unpleasant experience with security on Saturday night when we tried to visit the 4th floor, unaware that the restaurant/bar was closed. The way we were treated was unprofessional and unwelcoming.
Overall, for the price, I expected a better experience. There are definitely better options in the area — and until the elevator situation is addressed, I wouldn't return.
