We stayed twice at this place. First they send some instructions to get into the Hotel while we were getting there taking 3 long plane flights, for some reason we could download the instructions and we could not get in to the place, we called at the phone number and the person will not give us the information how to get in by phone so we had to wait after a long trip for the assistant to appear. After that I suggested to send this information well ahead of time, not the arrival day. We had to return at a second time, the room was paid off and no return money by then. So we arrived and now we had the info to get in, we found a charming couple from Spain having the same problem we had, and we reached the hotel, there was a cleaning woman saying the she had instructions not to let us in. We called again and they let our luggage in while the assistant will show up later to register. We were met by the owner scolding us for not following his orders, "his house his rules" and he said he is a lawyer and if we give the hotel a bad review he will sue us, all he cares is for his altar of review awards at his hotel, I recommend Hotels.con and Expedia to drop this hotel from your listing. No guest should go through this experience. We never use a bad word nor scalated the confrontation, I asked him to give me the key of the room I paid for and I will not waste my time arguing nonesense. I travel a lot but this is the WORST
