Our checkin was pleasant and efficient. Shortly after arriving in our room my partner noticed some bug bites she had acquired in the room. We notified the front desk. They asked for photos as ‘proof’. We provided these. We were asked for clearer photos which we provided. We were told there would be a follow up and ‘investigation’ and we are still waiting four days later. In the event, we were moved to a new room but beyond this we received no apology or anything of further substance as compensation. Oh well, I guess the customer isn’t always right!
