Everything wonderful. Hotel very well located, clean, organized and the people who work there are very friendly, always willing to help and do everything they can to make us feel at home. Chez Bastian was very kind and everyone who helped me was incredible too. The hotel offers many facilities such as washing our clothes free of charge, free mespresso coffee, the entire structure of a flat at our disposal. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Its location is unbeatable—just a block from the lake and in a walkable area surrounded by great restaurants. For those traveling by car, the parking (available at an extra cost) was super convenient. The property was impeccably maintained, and one standout feature was the complimentary laundry service, which was a fantastic perk during our trip. The service was friendly and attentive, adding to the overall experience. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay and will definitely return!

Bastian and team are amazing and took care of everything. Property is small, but serves the purpose for travellers. Everything in the apt is top class including fresh new towels etc. Walking distance from Lake Geneva and also lots of attratctions and shopping. Free laundry adds icing to to the cake!

So I’m not sure where to start with this awesome place in Geneva one block from the lake. Bastien – greeted us in a bowtie and showed us around the entire place and how to use things, and there was even a virtual reality game for the kids, and it was like a mini apartment and just beautiful!!
