When I booked this hotel, I asked to give my friends one room with two beds, not one double bed.
When I checked in, I confirmed it.
But in the result, their room was one double bed room. My friend could not tell me the fact, as it was too
late time.
The morning of next day, I claimed it, so that the hotel staff changed the double bed to two single beds.
But it was too late. we checked out in the afternoon of the day.
Staff are very friendly and the service was splendid.
A couple of things of my opinion.
1) I wished there was microwave we can use because during the stay of 1week at the hotel, I sometimes like to have quick light supper in my room with fast food bought in town, instead of going to restaurant.
2) And newspaper service might be better to be an optional. I felt bad not reading any of them while they were delivered to my room every morning.

Good breakfast and wide lobby
Breakfast was excellent, lobby was wide, some concierge was kind and everything was clean. But wi-fi was charged and some concierge was not good. Officers at gate were kind enough and friendly. Were flower decorations really necessary?

The Property was really Good and Amazing as usual, A Day before a Representative messaged me and Checked if i have any request and she was reminding me about breakfast, lounge time etc and was really helpful and made the stay very pleasing, the Customer representative is Kaamini Samraj, i want to send special mention for her.
