Lovely rooms, helpful staff, not walkable to anything, but very easy access to thoroughfares so a quick drive everywhere we needed to be in the city. Excellent diversity of restaurants in close proximity - from franchises to wonderful family owned international cuisine. Sadly no hot tub.

Had a wonderful stay,

We were only there for a night and had no hot water to shower. We tried to call down to the front desk and were on hold for close to 5 min before deciding to speak to them in person. On our way out to a party we notified them of the issue. As we knew we would be out late, we asked them to leave a note in the room after they had investigated the issue. When we got back after 2am there was no one at the front desk, no hot water, and no note. We took a cold shower and spent an extremely cold night huddled in the bed trying to warm up. The next morning when we were leaving we asked at the front desk if there was a note on their system. There was no record of the issue or record that someone had investigated it. We were told that since we had booked through a 3rd party (hotels.com), there was nothing that could be done at that time, but they would speak to the manager when he was back at work in 2 days. We have stayed at this hotel multiple times in the past and were quite disappointed with the service we received.

Having an early Christmas with the Grandchildren and need to stay near to the airport too, in case the weather deteriorates and makes it difficult to get to the airport. The Marriott Residence Inn fits the bill perfectly.

Couldn’t ask for better. The service was exceptional from the front desk to the housekeeping to the staff managing the breakfast area. My wife and I were talking about how they must really focus on customer service. We stay at the Residence airport everytime we come. Because nothing is perfect, I would just say the sofa bed is not comfortable at all so we bring an air mattress with us and tv selection isn’t great. But overall, 10 out of 10 for us.

Our stay was great! Food and accomodations exceeded our expectations. We'll definitely be coming back. 🙂

We were staying at the Mariott because our home flooded so we were there for two weeks. We had our small dog with us as well. Excellent staff, services and facilities. We would definitely recommend the Marriott Residence in NE Calgary to anyone.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff. If you use the sofa bed, need to ask for more blankets.
