Great Stay in a Perfect Locat

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is excellent—close to everything you might need, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was a highlight, with a nice variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day right. I’d definitely stay here again!

The hotel was clean and very walkable. If the clouds were more accommodating you can see the top of the Matterhorn on the roof deck. This was a very comfortable hotel and the service was fantastic.

This was a perfect budget hotel for a solo traveler in Zermatt. Very easy to find, about a 10min walk from the train station and right off the main street. I was able to drop off my luggage at the front desk in the morning and then had no problems checking in in the afternoon. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My night also included breakfast, which I was not aware of when booking, but a very nice surprise (fresh fruit, bread, cheese and deli meats, hard boiled eggs, coffee and juice). My room was a perfect size: full bed with a desk and wardrobe, private bathroom with shower and tub. Facilities were clean and very homey. I had no issues with noise. My only notes for future travelers are that the street is a little dark if you are walking by yourself at night, and the road is also very steep if you need somewhere accessible! 5/5 from me; I would definitely come back, and I would definitely recommend.

La Petite Charme Inn is a cozy and unique hotel that cares about its visitors. We received a called from the owner checking on us when we had not arrived as previously planned. This was the second time we chose the Inn while visiting Zermatt and we will return. The staff is exceptionally attentive and friendly. The inn itself is comfortable and brings the simple days of Switzerland to life.

I loved the included breakfast - in a town like Zermatt, everything is expensive! Having a consistently delicious breakfast with bottomless coffee made the trip great. Also, the rooftop patio was wonderful in the evenings- glancing at the Matterhorn, planning a hike up to the Adelweiss cafe 1000 feet up, sipping wine (a free glass if you didn’t need housekeeping!) in the waning sunlight- it was great.

OK - but not a friendly place for solo travellers.

They call it a hotel but its only a B&B so no bar or food in the evenings. So if you're on your own its a poor setup. They don't have any communal spaces to get to know anyone. The roof top is just a small flat roof with no services or much of a view. Breakfast is good though.
