The hotel has been recently renovated, our room was very clean, and equiped with a kettle, but no where to plug it in as the lead was not long enough. The bathroom was new albeit very small, and lacked any ventilation, clothes hooks and shaver power point. The staff were very freindly and helpful. I will use the hotel again.

The owner and his staff were some of the most kindest and accommodating people you will ever meet. It could use a few more amenities but overall the staff made this place feel like a second home. The breakfast while simple was amazing and at a good price. They have an in house menu where they also sell burgers, pizzas and pastas. You can have it delivered in your room or eat in the patio area. I wish the owner and his staff much success and will be back to stay on my next trip to London. If you are first visiting London for the first time learn to use the tube. The 97 and N26 bus stop in front of the hotel which will take you to the tube to central London for anywhere in London you want to go. They also have free parking but driving the London streets is not recommended for first timers or people with little exercise driving.

The hotel was having a renovation but the staff couldn't do enough for us. Very friendly and helpful. Had to stay 1 extra night but that wasn't a bother at all. Very large ground floor Room with garden view, but looking like building site outside cos of reno.3 single beds, could do with a king-size bed and a small table n chairs. Massive portions of food, evening time,but abit lukewarm. Didn't try brekkie. Would go again.

I was advised that we could check in at 1.we got there at 2.20 .to be told our room wasn't ready.we waited for an hour.eventually we got to our room .at 3.20.we ordered some food .as they had a menu.when looking at room .the toilet seat was filthy .with faeces on the seat when it was up .also urine stains on the seat there was lots of hair in shower trap. No toilet roll.no tea/coffee facilities.i went back to hotel to complain.about the findings .the man on reception.said sorry .he was just looking after it whilst his friend was sorting out some business in London .half an hour after we ordered food.i asked how long it would be as we had to leave at 4.30 to be at a surprise party my intention was to rest before.i was unable to do this.the man said that the food wouldn't be here by the time we needed to leave.as the food was coming from the other side of town.this wasn't explained to us .when ordering.so we had to go out tired and hungry and had to have a shower in dirty conditions.the tea/coffee facilities were delivered with toilet paper.but no one turned up to clean the toilet.this hotel wasn't worth the money I paid .

Description says the rooms all have: Soundproofing, air-conditioning, buffet breakfast but they don't - maybe this is a mistake by hotels.com? Some furniture was broken and rubbish left outside the property but overall the rooms were very clean and staff were very friendly. If I needed to spend a night in the area again I'd stay again.

We only met one member of staff but she was absolutely brilliant. Really friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. 24/7 Bar available and a nice large garden for use. Breakfast was offered but we didn’t use this service. Clean and nice bathroom in the room. Stayed in a triple room which had everything you needed. Although, we did find 3 condoms and an empty condom wrapper in the drawer. The room was quite warm, but we were on the top floor in 30 degree weather so that is to be expected, but there is no fan or air con. It’s in a lovely area with a nice park a short walk away, not sure on other amenities as we did not need them. Very nice foyer and once again, amazing staff member!
