lovely stay! wish we were there longer!
wonderful, spacious room with a balcony overlooking the most gorgeous view of the water. we had a sauna in our bathroom & also a half bath which was great for our family of 4. wifi was spotty, so that was a challenge, but loved the convenience store in the lobby and the breakfast options were incredible.

Dont think I visit anymore. Soap was ran out from dispenser, no toilet pot brush, matresses dirty and omnious yellow stains. Spa swimming pool too small and some of the pool services did not work. Some of the staff seemed rude, but thats quite normal attitude to Tampere hotels.

Kiva hotelli perhematkoille
Yövyin kahtena peräkkäisenä viikonloppuna ja kokemukset saman hintatason huoneista olivat erilaiset. Toisessa huoneessa minibaari täynnä, vedenkeitin ja kahvi-/tee-/kaakaovalikoima. Toisessa ei mitään ylimääräistä, tv:ssäkin vain peruskanavat. Huoneiden kunto ja vanhahtava sisustus ovat ehdottomasti hotellin heikot kohdat. Plussaa siitä, että toisessa huoneessa oli kaapissa tuuletin. Hotellin sijainti on upea. 24/7 R-kioskista ISO plussa lasten kanssa matkustaessa. Ravintoloiden palvelu hyvää, samoin respassa. Kylpylässä ihan hyvä varustelu, mutta kylmäaltaan rappuväli todella korkea. Polvivaivaisen ei kannata sinne yrittää tai saattaa jäädä loppupäiväksi.

Ensimmäinen kerta kyseisessä hotellissa. Mieluisa ja mukava kokemus kaikkineen. Aamupalan olisin toivonut olevan kattavampi gluteenittoman ja maidottoman ruokavalioni osalta, mutta siis hyvin viihdyimme.

Hotelli oli vanha ja vaatisi ison remontin. Ravintolapalvelut ja aamiainen eivät toimineet. Tilat olivat ahtaat ja illallista emme saaneet kun ravintola tilat oli varattu isolle ryhmälle ja hotellin asiakkaat eivät mahtuneet sinne syömään.

Hyvä palvelu, vanha ja kulunut hotelli.
Hotellin ikä näkyi huoneen kunnossa. Ympäristöystävällinen, mutta tämä ehkä osittain lomakokemusta heikensi, kun vessapaperi oli kovaa ja porealtaiden vesi ei kovin lämmintä. Aamupala oli perus hyvä ja respat tosi ystävällisiä.
