環境は、とても良かったです。

部屋は、やや小さめです。部屋からの眺めが良かったです。 冷蔵庫が無かったのが残念でした。あれば良かったです。 近くの公園やお店が近くて、楽しめました。

Not a great experience.

The room handed over was far from the one in the picture. 401 is an out dated room with an over used mattress and to top it off no water pressure in the bathroom shower. After night one and a reassurance that maintenance had fixed the issue the compromise suggested was to use room 403s shower as it had a small caravan type shower head which needed very little pressure and sleep in 401's. A shocking experience which I hope never happens again

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The person who welcomed me on Wednesday was amazing, as were several other staff members I interacted with during my stay. Unfortunately, my experience on Sunday night was very different. The staff I dealt with that evening — including one man and a woman — were extremely rude. The looks and attitude I received made me feel like I wasn’t being treated as a human being, as if I was being looked down on. This contrast in service was disappointing given how welcoming the earlier staff had been.

Could do better!

Staff helpful, nice view, curtains need to be washed ASAP as large area covered in chocolate, the edge of the shelf under the window needs hot water plus washing-up liquid to remove the dirt (dusting won't shift it). No grab rails in the shower and very hot water in the washbasin.

Not bad but wouldnt be recommending it to friends

Receptionist was wonderful really helpful and friendly. Overall room was ok spacious with a nice view, shame there was nonair conditioning. The evening menu was ok, had the gammon which was very good. However breakfast really let this place down the morning staff were all over the place, people sat waiting, Inhad to go into the kitchen tinget anyones attention tonorder breakfast. When it turned up I wish I hadn't the hash browns and black pudding where deep fried to within an inch of their life. Tasted awful i barely ate anything.

Room was ok linen clean, bathroom tired floor dirty, tv not working had to retune, workmen working in next room by 8am next morning, stated breakfast this was only toast, cereal juice and hot drinks, cooked breakfast was charged extra this not mentioned on booking.

Good place to stay but give the food a miss

Conveniently located rooms were clean but bed uncomfortable due to lumpy mattress Staff at reception were pleasant and accommodating but breakfast was a disappointment and inedible, beans were cold, milk was on the turn, asked for scrambled egg and got fried, sausages tasted off, bacon not cooked properly left without finishing food,

Lovely reception staff rest could do much better!

Starting with the positive The reception staff were all friendly & extremely helpful The room was fine apart from the shower only having cold water we were unable to have a hot shower the whole time. I was surprised there was no housekeeping done during our stay the bins were not emptied or beds made & tea tray replenished leaving us without supplies The site advertised breakfast included & did not specify that this was only a continental breakfast. The first morning we went down and were greeted by no staff & most of the tables littered with used crockery & leftovers There were no glasses for juice(which was extremely weak & watery) & cereal The facilities to make toast some rather stale mini muffins & tea making equipment. When the staff member turned up he we were not on the cooked breakfast list only continental which was a pretty poor and extremely basic. At one time another resident asked for a knife & was told "in the top drawer" I spoke to receptionist who sorted breakfast for the next day when we arrived the tables were littered & there were no glasses or mugs. When the staff finally appeared he got some with a more pleasant attitude than the one the day before the cooked breakfast was mediocre the egg seemed like it had been reheated the hash brown overcooked the beans & tinned tomato were barely warm. The car park was also not in use which meant moving the car morning & evening having chosen your hotel so we could walk everywhere we intended to park once

D'abord, à notre arrivée, nous apprenons qu'il n'y a pas un petit déjeuner (english breakfast) mais un petit déjeuner continental (froid). Nous avions sélectionné cet hôtel parce qu'il proposait un petit déjeuner (english breakfast). Secondement, la chambre n'est pas un modèle de propreté et de confort. Les oreillers & le matelas sont vétustes, fatigués et certains ressorts sont cassés (creux & bosses). La salle de bain n'est pas agréable à utiliser, avec un pauvre rideau de douche, elle n'a pas une bonne odeur et il est impossible de bien régler le robinet mitigeur de la douche (soit trop chaud, soit trop froid). De plus, le porte savon est sale. Les parties communes semblent vétustes et à bout de souffle. Ce n'est pas le plus important mais c'est à signaler. Et pour finir, nous avons été bien accueillis pour le checkin. Il nous a expliqué le problème de petit déjeuner (uniquement du froid), nous a indiqué qu'on pourrait en parler et obtenir un remboursement. Nous n'étions pas intéressé par ce type de petit déjeuner alors nous avions opté pour aller à l'extérieur. Pour le checkout, j'ai tenté d'expliquer la situation. Elle m'a répondu sèchement que le petit déjeuner etait gratuit et que le tarif ne tenait compte que de la chambre. Honnêtement, si j'avais réservé une seconde nuit, j'aurais préféré aller ailleurs, quitte à payer deux fois. Sincèrement, je viens de passer deux semaines dans des hôtels en Angleterre, dans les mêmes gammes tarifaires et c'est le pire !

Absolutely Disgusting

Filthy Room with suspicious stains on the walls by the bed. Dirty carpet, filthy skirtings moldy bathroom, hair in the bed. Car park out of order so had to park round the back and walk up about 50 steep uneven steps, no good for people with mobility issues. Don't be fooled by the nice Photo, the rooms are absolutely disgusting. Still trying to get a refund as promised by receptionist Amy, but getting nowhere. We couldn't stay in the room for more than 5 mins as scared to catch something.
