Recently refurbished and in very clean condition. Staff very polite and helpful. Comfortable decent sized room. Overall excellent and in a very handy position just 5 mins walk from tune.

it’s terrible place, you don't believe you would find this kind of place in London, tight old not well equipped doesn’t have air condition doesn’t have elevator. It’s most likely similar to prison.

Was okay. Rooms were tired and lacked decent amenities. Definitely looked nothing like any of the photos. Staff were helpful and friendly though. And everything was okay.

Worst hotel of my life

The bathroom is was not clean and the toilet it was so so disgusting and outlet to charge the phone were broken.

Staff were friendly enough and the price was good for London, but staff directed me up the wrong flight of stairs initially (I was on the 3rd floor - no lifts). The walls feel fairly thin and you could clearly hear noise and conversations from other rooms. The beds were not the most comfortable. So all in all poor sleep.

Our short stay of two days was disappointing. A couple of days earlier, we were changed to 10 minutes from each other, which hurt us because we had to modify the itinerary, transportation and budget. The rooms are very small, uncomfortable and poorly ventilated. It is impossible not to compare comfort and price in other places where we have stayed aesthetically more beautiful and comfortable at the same price. A disappointment.

Quelques remarques à faire notamment concernant la propreté de la chambre et de la salle de bain, le rideau de douche n’était pas propre.

New chapter next week

I thought they were charging me $542 as stated in your advert, turned out 542 pounds but that is what receipt said. Too loud inside and out but otherwise better than expected.
