Non-Smoking Room smelled of smoke to the point we could taste it. Transferred to another room with a dirty air conditioning, moldy bath tub, broken toilet seat and holes in the drywall, patches of paint/wallpaper missing. There for 10 minutes and asked for refund. Brentwood stated they could not - just contact hotels.com and they could help us. Hotels.com and Brentwood would not provide refund. Had to pay for a separate hotel. Would absolutely give 0 stars and not recommend. Pictures on hotels.com must have been from when inn first opened. Absolutely gross.
