It was challenging to find parking and somewhat difficult to communicate with host, but the unit itself was nice and had a great balcony. The furniture was terrbly uncomfortable and seemed very cheap. Location was great with most things walkable. Barely had basic items like shampoo, luckily there was coffee and a coffee maker.

The room was very clean and elegant. The kitchen was well designed and beautifully decorated. The balcony had a beautiful view of the water. Enjoyed the breeze at night. The host of this site was very friendly and helpful. Any questions were answered promptly. The location was close to the Scotiabank Arena, Union Station, CN Tower and other downtown venues. We were able to walk and visit other sites downtown.

They changed my reservation last minute to a different location, and so there was some confusion with the check in information. Had to talk to two different parties to figure out out. The apartment was clean and well appointed. The A/C ran the entire time, but never cooled it below 22.0 C. Location was very convenient for exploring downtown.

We found the process of gaining access to the unit. The concierge we less than helpful at times. The key fob to use the elevator was not functional. Told the Rental people and there was no response. So we had to Go to the front desk each time we entered the property and explain to the front desk the fob did not work. Each different person handled it differently, One made us go and try it several times, another showed us what to do with their fob and when ours didn't work finally just told the elevator to let us up from the front desk. When we left we could not get out of the garage. had to go to the front desk and get the lady to watch us on camera to get out or we would have to go up to the 29th floor and get the fob to let us out. In the garage a gentleman told us to exit the other garage door which opens automatically. No one told us any of this. Communicating with the vendor was confusing. Had to sign back into the expedia account every time to message them, Finally they were sending email, and even that was a bit goofy looking of an email. You have to reply in the text of the message , if you hit the reply button you will get re routed and have to sign in again. It's 2025 for gosh sake. Unit was okay. very small bedoom Double bed .not a true queen. Had to walk sideways to get to other side of bed.

Accessibility of the owners for questions. The bed ans room was perfect for us with a great view an experience to bring ky family to. A bit nervous of paying before completion of stay, but all interactions were positive and trustworthy.i would stay there again.

The apartment wasn’t located where it was meant to be. The address on the booking was kilometres away from where we stayed. The owner clearly owns multiple rooms and puts you where it suits them that day. We had to uber instead of walk from the train, cancel our dinner plans. Instead of a view of the CN tower we were above noisy train tracks with no view. The apartment was clean but everything, everything was banged up or poor condition. The photo frames and base boards were split and dented. The carpet looks like someone had previously put out cigarettes. The pillows were flat. There wasn’t adequate towels, hand to choose between hand towel or bath mat. Only hand soap. All the walls were dented and marked. The cleaner did a decent job, these were repair issues. Did not receive our VIP perks. Instead, got sent to the wrong part of Toronto. Absolutely never again.

Great views of city! Nice kitchen and living room area.Check in was pretty simple. Bed was comfortable and nice clean towels were provided. Bathroom is nice. Fantastic location, right by Metro Convention centre. The unit is a good space. The carpet in the bedroom does need replacing. Especially at the edges. Bathroom shower head needs to be replaced as it was loose. Can see some water damage in front area baseboards. Simple fixes that will make the unit a 10!

Was a nice property, thought I had booked a room with a balcony but we didn’t have one. Bedroom right was stained in places and infections for checking in were long and overwhelming. May or may not try a place fro stay here again

Lanterrra.Downtown n'est pas un hôtel mais un regroupement de propriétaires qui louent des appartements dans ce secteur de la ville. Lors de la réservation, on ne sait pas exactement quel appartement nous louons et ne connaissons pas l'adresse exacte. Les informations sont envoyées le jour de l'arrivée par le propriétaire. Grand appartement confortable au 57e étage, 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain idéalement situé à quelques minutes de marche de la tour du CN et magnifique vue sur celle-ci. Récupération de la clé et communication facile avec le propriétaire.
