20여년 만에 부부님들이 안계신 지금 부부가 도야코로 다시 여행을 왔습니다. 20년 전에는 부모님을 따라 패키지 여행을 왔었는데, 지금은 스스로 예약하고 차를 몰고 도야코에 다시 오니, 감개무량했습니다. 우연찮게 Hotels.com을 통해 예약 '호텔 프리미엄레이크 토야'는 깨끗하고, 친절하고, 시설 관리도 잘 되어있는 호텔이었습니다. 밖에서 식사를 하려다 저녁을 호텔식으로 먹었는데 분위기가 무척 좋았습니다.아침식사도 훌륭했습니다. 방 크기는 제가 가본 호텔 중에서는 제일 넓었던 것 같습니다. 다시 와보고 싶은 곳입니다.

The venue is wonderful. Located slightly off the town centre. However, it was challenging to get dinner on site as dinner has to be pre booked. A bit of challenge for us as we did not know that and many places in town closed early. Breakfast was excellent. I had the Japanese breakfast and hubby had the western. Both were very good.

Amazing hotel with great view to Lake Toya. Top notch service and immaculate room with our own onsen inside. I must add that breakfast we had was just superb. We really can't be happier with our stay. One small note that it's a very short drive (5 mins) to downtown but this is what make this a great stay as it's a bit tucked away from the crowd but still very close to everything we needed.

酒店環境非常舒服,員工笑容親切,剛到步已出來協助幫忙拿行李,等待check in期間有welcome drink 提供, 房間內非常大及舒適整潔,員工有耐性心解說房間設備,笑容親切, 房間有私人風呂,只是有些小昆蟲, 可能是從室外飛進來,畢竟是在山區附近,但下次還會選擇住這間酒店

This is a gem of a hotel. Located on the edge of the lake with an amazing view. The hotel has a genuine Japanese vibe. The rooms have baths with hot spring water. The hotel staff have variable english skills but they are very helpful. The nearby village has lots of great restaurants. 30 minute drive to Rusutsu.

Although the price is a bit expensive, it is value for money with the guest service is excellent. The room is spacious with private onsen. The hotel itself is new too.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Our room has a private onsen with a view of Lake Toya. It has a traditional Japanese aesthetic with all the modern elements. The property itself is not located in the Toyako Onsen area but they offer free shuttle service (about 5-min drive). The staff is very hospitable and accommodating with reasonable requests such as shuttle to Toya Station (about 10-min drive). The Kaiseki Breakfast was really good and reasonably priced (must be booked in advance)—We will book this property again.

A truly traditional Japanese experience! As soon as I arrived, I was asked to change into their slippers and relax in the lobby while enjoying a welcome drink，all while looking out over the most peaceful lake view. Later, the staff carried my luggage to the room and thoughtfully explained every detail. The private onsen was spotless, and the view from the window was absolutely breathtaking. The public bath was serene and open until midnight. Everything was very clean, and all the amenities were of high selection. The breakfast was fantastic! The sashimi was so fresh and delicious that even someone like me, who usually doesn’t eat raw fish, enjoyed it without any fishy taste. The staff were incredibly kind, patient, and sweet, truly made us feel welcomed. Highly recommend this hotel if you want to experience authentic Japanese hospitality and peaceful luxury by Lake Toya.
