I was there for about three days for a conference. It was a pleasant stay. Room temperature was good, food was nice. The towers were filled with chlorine smell, which I didn't like it, other wise things were good. Oh yes, there are only three lifts available, when there are many residents, it can be terrible. There was few times that I waited for about 20 minutes outside the lift. The public toilets for the conference room were badly maintained, as it there were no cleaning staffs.Front desk staffs were very helpful, but when you need something where they need to seek the advice from the management, they never come back to you with the answer or explanation. I personal find that the management level seems to have too much pride, that do not seek to understand or try to communicate with their clients, nor to follow up with request. In my case, what I wanted was only a letter of proof of stay. The front desk said they have to ask the management, but then they never came back to me even upon check out. My booking agent later informed me that the hotel asked me to write to them and they will response to me. Yet, I had wrote the management a letter of inquiry, and I didn't have any feedback since. In summary, I think if you are only there fore fun, you might enjoy your stay. But it is not so much a place for fun, because it is not as free and easy as in the city center, where you can easily walk around to shop and dine.
