The interior of the hotel was not bad, but I couldn't find the hotel entrance. I can't understand it. There is no sign indicating the hotel entrance anywhere. If you barely open the door and go up, you will meet a 100-year-old elevator. The hotel itself has been newly remodeled. However, I was disappointed that I couldn't find the entrance, and I regret that they didn't mention the parking lot.

An amazing experience. Great location, beautiful room and fantastic service! Check-in was made simple by the very helpful staff, who provided guidance and offered recommendations for dinner. We just left and are already talking about stsying here again. Absolutely amazing!

Fantastic B&B, lovely breakfast layout. Room was lovely and clean and we had a great view of the square. Loads of food places and bars within 5 minutes of the B&B. Would recommend Tandem restaurant for great pizza and pasta, and Oak Bar if you want something which is not Peroni.

Great location very comfortable room and delicious breakfast, staff was very friendly. A little confusing on arrival finding where the hotel was exactly and how to get into the building. The only signage is on the call button, there is a very small door into the courtyard of the building and the hotel is located on the 4th floor.

We were incredibly astounded by the above and beyond service of our hotel stay. I had lost my phone in a taxi on the way in. We thought all of our trip photos were lost however the front desk team had called all the taxi companies and also the train station requesting to know about it. We got very lucky and the taxi driver was an angel and had brought in the phone the next day and dropped it by with the front desk who had it waiting when we got back from our sight seeing. We were in tears, they moved us so much and the fact they would go above and beyond as they had was incredible. If you’re wanting an authentic and hospitable stay with character and great breakfast, book this stay. It’s location and thier hospitality are worth it above all else!

Hissi 100v.vanha, kiikkerä ja ovet piti laittaa erittän tarkkaan kiinni, muuten hissi ei liiku. Remontoidut huoneet 4:ssä kerroksessa. Vanha ränsistynyt rakennus, likainen. Ystävällinen staff, aamiainen niukahko, perusleikkeleet, jogurtit, munakas ja pekonia. Minibaarissa vesi, olut ja kokis ilmaisia. Käytävällä olevan keittiön astioiden kilinä kuului huoneeseen heti 07.00 aamulla.

Bellissimo B&B al centro di napoli. È una struttura appena ristrutturata, abbiamo dormito in una delle camere con vista sulla Piazza. Al mattino ci siamo svegliati per godere di una colazione ottima! Personale gentile e presente, pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza. Grazie mille!!!

This is an unassuming but very celarefully curated and beautiful space. We stayed only one night but the staff made us feel very welcomed to the place. This is definitely more of a BnB vibe, but is right in the center of Napoli and walkable everywhere. Much recommended!!

Excellent Bed & Breakfast! Really enjoyed our stay at Palazzo Pandola. The early breakfast preparation was amazing, and the reception staff were very gracious and helped arrange for a taxi to the airport. Loved the charm of the 100 year old “ascensore”, too!

Mario was absolutely fantastic! We got in late at night and the door is a little different but it's Europe so you just go with it. The property is really nice and you get that old world vibe. Breakfast was lovely and we had a window overlooking the square! We were close to the port to board our boat to head to the islands the next day. Overall really great

This is not a hotel it’s bed and breakfast you share apartment with other guests.There are 3-4 rooms and common area where you eat breakfast with other guests.When I booked room for 4 people I thought we will each have bed but two people slept on pull out sofa.We only got one sheet for cover no comforter or blankets.I didn’t like that bathroom was not private it’s separated with glass on one part so no privacy at all.Mario was kind of rude through text before we arrived just because I asked why was he trying to charge me 25 euros if we arrived after 8pm and I thought it was hotel with reception not private home.He got upset with me I never had host speak to me that way and I didn’t know what to expect so I was concerned and scared because we travelled with our children.Once we arrived Mario was actually nice and professional he answered all our questions even booked us dinner reservation so I was relieved.They changed their policy now on Expedia so hopefully other guests will be aware of extra cost.Mario offered shuttle to pick us up from marina for 50 Euro we declined it’s only 1.4 km walk so we walked it took us 15min.
