The host wanted to communicate outside of Hotels.com app via WhatsApp. Demanded a security deposit wired directly to them. I'm not from Malaysia. Communication was extremely delayed and when they respond, they would not release the keys if I did not pay up. Worst check-in experience I've had thus far booking through Hotels.com. They sent instructions on how to check in at 9 PM the day of my reservation. By this time we found another accommodation and have immediately requested a refund. Would not recommend anyone to stay at Millerz Square managed by Five Senses Travelet.

The room was neat and tidy. The host respond very fast and helpful. The view from the room was beautiful.
very recommend and will come again soon.
