Thank you to all the staff, they are very friendly and accommodating. They have hand sanitizers everywhere. They are committed to providing their guests confidence by enhanced cleaning and sanitation especially in the pool area.

It was a good stay considering the whole covid regulation which are out of their control. We were woken up early for room cleaning, then the garbage that I left neatly organized was not removed from room. Staff was very pleasant Hot tub was closed but kids enjoyed the water slides. Booked time so did not need to worry about others

This was not the first time we've stayed here. It is consistently above expectations. Great room, quiet, clean. Breakfast is very good with several options (hot food, cereals, fruits, etc). This will remain our go-to stop in Calgary

Both individuals working the front desk went above and beyond for us. From printing off documents we needed to providing us with PPE so we could conduct apartment vowing requirements, to helping us have a hot breakfast. Honestly! Best service ever!!!

Excellent Stay

This was a VERY nice hotel. We stayed in spa suite and loved the size. We also appreciated all the little touches like fancier towels, water bottles and even chocolates! Small acts but big impact.

The hotel is in a great location for us . The only issue we observed was with the lady at the breakfast buffet not very friendly and rude to a few of the other guests. Other than that our stay was great.
