Check-out at front desk, staff asked me “Did you use the minibar “? I said I did not use minibar. Moreover, I found some snack and drink were lost when I entered in my room after check-in. But I did not inform staff because I never never use it.
After check-out, I received e-mail from front desk that “you were served folio as IDR 500,000 as using of the minibar”.
I am asking front desk to check it and strongly refund it. but not yet replied and not refund from the hotel.
I am guessing that before customer or staff tookaway snacks and drinks which were billed me.
For improvement of quality and performance on your staff, I advise that the front manger must be strongly trained up all of your staff including house keeper (also serving minibar) in order to not make these kinds of mistake.
I am disappointed in that correspondence of Marriott hotel Medan and I will never go back there until improve it.
Finally, I strongly recommend “Grand Swiss-Bel hotel” as best quality hotel for five-star hotel in medan.
