I would advise against anyone using the Expedia App, and I would advise against anyone booking at the Perola Hotel. I was forced to check out two days before my trip ended because there was no water no electricity, management didn't advise on anything to update guests about the conditions the building was experiencing. This made my trip a horrible one because the pictures on the site are deceiving there were roaches in the rooms. Door handle to the toilet was broken. Main entrance door handle looks like it was broken into before. No room service to clean rooms as the advert on Expedia recommended. Guests were thrown in the deep end to just fend for themselves. I wasn't expecting a 5 star experience but the things they could have improved on they refuse to improve on. I'm extremely disappointed in the App and the place listed... I need to be compensated for the days where I couldn't stay at the hotel because there was no electricity no water I have had to resort to booking other accommodation even when they refuse to refund my money when I requested them to do so.
