We asked for extra blankets because I cannot sleep without a few blankets. The reception lady said ‘come get it’ (which was bad enough) but when I immediately went downstairs, she said it’s not available and her colleague left her shift without telling her so she couldn’t give a ring to tell us don’t bother coming down. I said ‘don’t you have service?’ She said ‘No, we have no service because I’m the only one at the reception’ This hotel needs at least another staff to attend to customers. The hotel needs to educate the staff to at least give a call before the customer gets dressed to go downstairs as a self service customer. It also needs extra blankets which is not a luxury item for this kind of price! Otherwise, lower the price. I could not sleep at all for being cold ans irritated. I need to get compensated
