Great location near the subway station, shopping center, and grocery store. Staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
We chose to stay at a one-bedroom suite with kitchen, since we were staying for several days. Our stay was during the non-busy season, so there were rooms available allowing us to check in a bit early. The hotel was pretty quiet the whole time we were there.
Regarding room condition, a few pieces of furniture were a little bit worn, but that didn't bother us. The room, including the bathroom, was very clean and functional. Our sofa could be made into a single bed, which was a plus for us. There was a full-size refrigerator and two cooktops in the kitchen; all kitchenware were in very good condition. The lunge area on the ground floor had free juices, yogurt, coffee/espresso, tea, bottled water and a water refill station. In the morning, bagels and fruits were provided.
Overall, it was a great boutique hotel. Because we were there during non-touristy time, the room price in the Prudential Center area was quite reasonable. We had a very convenient and comfortable stay at the Inn at St. Botolph.
