Amazing staff
The absolute best staff ever. Very accommodating and friendly there. Customer service was outstanding. They all went above and beyond to make sure you were comfortable. I can’t remember all their names however, Tashe and Anna Kay at check in made me feel like royalty. Jordane ant the seafood restaurant was amazing. Marjelo from the sales team was also amazing. There were other staff members that were great but I can’t remember their names. Having the shuttle service on premises to and from the airport made getting to the resort so much easier. Having the Juta in front of resort is also quite convenient The only concern is that furniture needs some updating. My mattress felt a little lean. The curtains and cushions for seating at hotel had stains. It’s time for a little TLC remodeling. The staff members would definitely be the reason for me coming back. Amazing service

Don’t go to Grand Palladium
I don’t know Where to start from The room was not clean. The bathroom was disgusted even though I left like a soap stain just to see if the housekeeper would clean it. The Jacuzzi was disgusting As for the food Chicken back every day, Curry chicken stew, chicken, oxtail once a week only on a Friday what happened to the curry mutton stew peas I didn’t see planting once no Bamby. No Jamaican area no meat joints fruits there was no variety only melons and few other fruits cake section was poor. Grand Palladium, I will not be back or my partner I spent a lot of money and did not enjoy it. At the pool, no entertainments from the staff like teaching your guest how to dance Jamaican style even a little history about Jamaica there was nothing. The only good thing was the staff They were exceptional outstanding Customer Service that you can’t go on the holiday only on Customer Service I’ve come from the UK that’s a long flight so I will stick to Rui. The staff did bend backward for us, but management you can do better very very disappointed. Omar the restaurant manager amazing friendly person in Mobay thank you Quite dead entrainments.No pool party no Jamaican music only commercial this is Jamaica.

Stay was very nice, room was clean and I got exactly the room I wanted. Pool area was nice and rum punch was very good! There was nice variety in the food. Only minor complaint was we had a leak in the room but that was addressed and sometimes the stew/curry chicken for breakfast was cold and staying on an island resort we expected more caribbean music. Besides that everything else was great I will definitely be back !! 10/10

This was our first time visiting Jamaica, we chose this resort as my friends chose it. My first time staying at an all inclusive resort and it's just absolutely amazing which made our whole trip unforgettable. Staff are very friendly and nice, I put my child at the kids club several times and those staff at the kids club are also amazing, they looked after my child, assisted my child to make cookies and assisted my child to perform a show on the stage. There are many restaurant choices within the resort which is also wonderful. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to stay at the grand palladium Jamaica resort & spa. And I will definitely go back in the future!

My overall experience was average. There was certain situations that I were put in due to coming to this property. First example would be I and my husband have caught strep throat because they are reusing the same cups to give to people and not washing them with soap. they’re just using water. Second of all, there’s construction that’s going on so prepare yourself to be waking up out of your sleep after a night of drinking with hammers and saws ! I was very stuffy in the room due to the fact that the AC filters are not clean and we spoke about it and they did not try to do anything to assist . If you wanna do a late check out if you have a later flight, you have to pay $25 per hour transportation you cannot reach a bellboy on the phone. You cannot call for room service and you cannot call for the front desk because during rush hour, there’s nobody there to reach out to anybody who is on the property, I have a big following on social media and I will make sure I review my state as needed, but this property needs to be a little bit better especially for the price that you’re paying 24 seven barely and it had to be turned off the only part that I could say is that I gave a lot of leg muscle due to the fact that I had to walk from my villa all the way to anything that I wanted to do restaurants, but you need to have reservations you can’t just walk in the buffets have two hour blocks in between where you have to go without no food the jerks and closes at 3 o’clock

Absolute worst place I’ve ever been to in my life. Food was not good and it was the same every place on the property. The staff was rude and unhelpful. Shuttle service was not as advertised. Things were not true to advertisement. The hotel tried to sell a timeshare to us and pressured us to buy a $20,000 vacation program. It’s was HORRIBLE. Never ever ever coming back!

My family and i had an exceptional time at the resort. We left smiling and we were even planning our next visit. We were celebrating our 11th year wedding anniversary/birthday but this was the most memorable one, as every year we visited a different resort. However, Grand Palladium is the best one yet. The staff, the food, the drinks, the entertainment, the pool, the beach and room, especially the Jacuzzi, were excellent. Overall everything was great. We would like to make special mention about Kareen and our house keeper who made our stay an even more memorable one.
