We stayed in The Signature side. The room was beautiful and spacious, however, the toilet had a very unpleasant smell even though it was cleaned daily. The bed was uncomfortable. My husband's back began hurting after the first night.
The food options were limited. The food in the Italian restaurant was horrible, the seafood option was booked out for dinner the entire time we were there, but they were open for walk-in at lunch. The menu was limited and food very underwhelming. The buffets were decent and Xamaica restaurant was excellent.
The customer service was lacking in some areas, especially in there Travel club sales department. We unfortunately agreed to listen to their sales promotion. This took our ENTIRE morning and even after we declined, the sales guy continued to prolong the issue. We were told that we were being taken to breakfast, however, we took him to breakfast at the buffet as they asked our room number and name at the front. Being told that breakfast was included was very misleading. The real turn off was when he asked why we came to the presentation if we weren't going to buy anything. Meanwhile the recruiter told us there was no obligation. He was very rude and pushy and needs re-training. Not everyone comes on vacation expecting to put down a $20,000 deposit for a travel club!
The staff walks around asking for tips and are far too pushy with their additional services. You can't walk by the spa peacefully. They keep asking you to buy a spa service.
