My over experience was excellent, but we where missing bathroom towels in are room.

I actually didn't stay at all. I check into the hotel, drank a bottle of water that was there, took a shower and left to go to my event. However, something happen and i had to return home. I came back the next morning drank the other bottle of water and did my check. I spent a total of 50 min in the Hotel. i even left a note stating that nothing was use in the hotel, except couple towels. Everything else was left um-touch and clean. After returning home, i found out that i was charge a total of $50 for 2 bottles of water that i drank. Umbeliavable. Didn't know a bottle of water cost that much in Boston.

While booking, I didn't notice when the date had reset and I booked the wrong date. It was a non refundable booking. The booking was made through hotels.com and even though hotels.com can amend a booking the hotel can override it. I was unable to switch my reservation to the correct date. The hotel considered that a cancellation and refused to provide ANY reimbursement. I had hoped that they would have offered to change my date for a fee. I would have been thrilled that they valued my patronage and I would have had happily paid for a new reservation in addition to the fee. The hotel could have also offered to reimburse me for the meal plan I purchased in addition to the room charge. It would have gone far in the way of making me feel valued as a customer.

Just a quick one night stay to catch up with friends who were in town. Enjoyed thus lovely hotel and the area.....lots of great restaurants walking distance to the hotel. Would stay again.

Had to pay for WiFi and the breakfast buffet was WAY over priced. They did exchanged our room quickly as our first room was damaged. The rooms were small and mediocre. The bathrooms had no fan, which is not okay if you are staying with other people. The pool is smaller than pictured. The hot tub is old, but worth a relaxing moment.

My husband and I had a very comfortable one-night stay when we came to Boston for an event taking place at a steakhouse only a block away. If anything, the service was almost TOO solicitous. We would have preferred to carry our own minimal luggage, but the porters were so efficient that they had it taken care of before we had both feet on the ground. This is a very comfortable, modern hotel extremely convenient to the Seaport District. After two nights of staying with family on makeshift bedding over Thanksgiving vacation, it was a welcome reprieve!
