I called the hotel prior to booking on Hotels.com to confirm they had airport shuttle service, as described on Hotels.com. The hotel confirmed 24-hour airport shuttle, as well as parking until we returned. When i asked for the room rate, it was the same as Hotels.com, so I mentioned I'll book through Hotels.com to accrue the rewards, and did so. When we arrived to check in, the hotel said parking and shuttle service was not available when booking through a third party. My option was call Hotels.com, explain the situation, and hopefully they'd allow cancelation so I could then book directly. The rate was more than 50% higher, day of, than when i booked a month ago. I didnt bother with the hassle of canceling and re-booking, and instead paid another $108 at the Park N Go a couple blocks away. I put this on both Hotels.com and Marriot. The room: ok-ish. You cant reach the shower valve from outside the shower, so you'll get wet/cold turning it on. Towels are scratchy. The window blind was torn near the top and i couodnt get it open in the morning because it stuck.Bed was ok-ish, pillows were great.
