Lacking Customer Service
The female at the front desk lacked customer service. Had an air pod in the whole time. Seem annoyed when we checked in, and really annoyed when we paid cash for snacks and water. Service was terrible. The gentleman in front of me checking in was also frustrated with the female worker. Owners and managers this is a reflection on you. Please train her in Basic customer service 101. Please do not tolerate this from staff. Otherwise you will continue to have upset customers. I don't know if she was just having a bad day, but our experience could have been much better. I gave a 3 star not because of the actual hotel. The Hotel was very clean and nice. Housekeeping was very helpful and friendly. But due to lack of front desk female customer service.
