At check-in, there was a queue of at least 10 people on arrival. We gave up and came back much later. We tried to order room service at 8pm, it took 1.5 hours.
If there are staffing shortages, this should be communicated on arrival. I'm assuming this was the issue, rather than poor service.
At breakfast, the staff were great, the food and selection was very good. A complete contrast to check-in and the room service experience.
