ウェスティン・ボストン・ウォーターフロント (ボストン)

Stayed this hotel for a conference at BCEC. Location was perfect, connected to BCEC by a bridge, so there was no need to go outside. Service was also good that concierge helped me with the restaurants and made reservation for me. I also had 2 complimentary bottles of water, therefore I did not need to go outside and buy some water.

I am usually a big fan of Westin hotels, and assumed this property in Boston would be perfect for a recent 1 night business trip in the seaport area. Unfortunately, I will be skipping this property in the future due to the completely chaotic and unorganized check-in process. I usually don't write reviews but this was so atrociously bad that I feel compelled to let everyone know: -It took literally ONE HOUR to check in at 3pm on a Sunday afternoon. Yes, I understand there was a large conference starting soon, but they should have been aware of this and have more than 3 check-in agents available to handle the surge. I waited in line, gave up and ate a meal at the restaurant, and still waited in line some more when I was finished. -I could not even access the guest wifi as a courtesy while I was waiting, since I did not yet have a room #. More wasted time that could have been put to productive use. -Once I finally checked in, there was a problem with my keys and I had to wait in the hall for 20 minutes to be manually let into my room by security. By this point I am getting very cranky. -I finally get settled into my room and try to take a quick nap. But wait! There's a group of spring breakers next door blaring music and screaming through the paper thin walls. It's 5pm. -Realizing that the situation was not going to resolve itself, I called to request a move, and was told I would be promptly given a new room. It took another hour. Sigh. Never again!!!

Hotel is beautiful and clean. Comfortable beds, big room and the view is spectacular. Very friendly and helpful staff. My family loves this hotel we will definitely book again on our next trip to Boston.
