The hotel boasts a free breakfast, but that’s a lie! The room I booked was completely different from the one I chose from the options. It had no sink, only a refrigerator and microwave that you had to request. This hotel is a disgrace to the hospitality industry. It looks nice from the outside, promising amenities that lure you in, but once you step inside, you’ll be disappointed. The WiFi signal is weak and barely in service. There are no phones in the room to contact the front desk.
Police are always sitting in the parking lot. I witnessed a young woman becoming a victim of domestic violence, but nothing was done about it. The police never came to assist, and the front desk didn’t come to settle the commotion. Doors are slammed, and you can hear people above you walking, jumping, and so on. The elevators don’t work either. Management doesn’t care cause they are a family business, so they are the ones trying to do all the repairs and upkeep, instead of a commercial company. SLUM-LORDS of HOTELS!!
