Excellent stay!

Hotel is looking tired and needs a revamp

This hotel is fantastic, and every single person who works there is so welcoming and helpful. Only downside is the location, which seems a bit unsafe at night. But availability of ubers and taxis make that downside less of an issue.

It was great!!! Wish there were cartoon channels though and a more broader channel selection on DSTV

I have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions. Breakfast in the morning had choices to satisfy everyone. My guests enjoyed dinner with me in the hotel - excellent service and agreeable food from a limited menu.

Staff were helpful and friendly. The choice of TV channels were basic, I would have liked more choice of international news channels and sports coverage other than football and rugby!

This Hotel suited my requirements as far as location is concerned and for about 80%of people choosing to stay in the Cape Town cbd it will be fine. Tge otger 20%might find it a little away from all central attractions and shopping, but hardly an issue. It is very comfortable with everything expected from a city Hotel and caters for leisure and business pretty well. No pool if that matters. Food and service is above average and generally I can say that about all features of this very Comfortable and pleasant Hotel.

Staff throughout the hotel were amazing, friendly and always addressed me by name with a 😊. Enjoyed my first visit so much I returned a day earlier before catching my flight back home to Australia.I asked for extra milk tea & sugar every day and it was there when I returned to my room👏.Now I know where to stay when I return to South Africa. GREAT JOB EVERYONE🇦🇺🇿🇦✈️💐

Confortable hôtel with good service.

Nice comfortable hotel I found at a good discounted rate online. I felt at home here especially after a hectic day. Dinner at the restaurant was superb. You pay extra for the parking. I will be happy to come back.
