My Expedia booking, made 10 mths ago, was not in their computer system. I had to book a room at higher rate on the spot. I was asked many "silly" questions about my booking by two staff members for 10' until the front office manager appeared to tell me it was their new system that "forgot" about my Expedia booking which he entered manually. I was given the room in 2 minutes. The nightmare was: I was told their hotel got no connection with Expedia and would not give me a note, document, supporting my claim for refund from Expedia. It is a franchised hotel of the Choice Hotel group.
