The room is spacious but dated, and I apreciate that their staff were polite and helpful. Kudos to the housekeeping team servicing level 3, all of the staff were friendly and always greet the guests without fail. I told one of them that the toilet in my room has unpleasant smell on my way out, and she immediately worked on it. The smell was gone after I return to the room in the evening. The water temperature was also not consistence, sometimes you get only warm water at most, however the water pressure is good though.
The buffet spread for breakfast is not great but acceptable, unfortunately the spread for dinner is disappointing, and the hot dishes are not refilled nor remotely hot at all, unless you try the live-cooking station. I would expected a better standard for an Accor Hotel.

Ich hatte das Zimmer mit Lounge Access gebucht und dementsprechend auch mehr bezahlt. Beim einchecken wurde mordant erklärt, dass die Lounge schon seit einem Jahr!!! Geschlossen sei…. Nach 1 Stunde Diskussion hat man mir dann ein freies Abendessen im Restaurant angeboten… Das Zimmer, 10. Stock, unterm Dach war sehr warm. Klimaanlage war auf Winterbetrieb.. trotz ausgeschaltung, 27 grad Raumtemperatur. Ein kleines Fenster konnte man 10 cm weit öffnen. Das Zimmer bräuchte dringend einer Renovierung. Zum Teil blättert schon die Tapete.. Wer Saunagänge bevorzugt, ist hier richtig. Am Morgen dann, ging der Lift nicht. Schöner Frühsport die 10 Stockwerke bis zum Empfang … Glücklicherweise nur Handgepäck… aber trotzdem.. alles in Allem: NIE WIEDER..

I liked the variety of the breakfast but the western food (sandwich) from room service is disappointing. The staff seem under trained. I don’t have menu in the room, so i asked front desk, he said I can call room service, I said I don’t have menu, he said they will tell you (I was shocked and assumed it is a short one), room service then transferred me to kitchen, kitchen then said I should check menu in room. I had to call front desk again and they finally sent me menu! And it took me 2 hours to get a damn sandwich.

Red lantern decoration on 1st & 2nd floor looks old. Service of staff is very nice. Room is clean and tidy. Bed is comfortable.
