First off, me and my family decided to do a light family getaway for a weekend of fun. Upon arrival, i always do a lysol disinfect. As i looked around the house, we noticed the sliding door was broken. (I took a picture to save myself from being accused) . We then also noticed the back screen door was broken and could not lock. We didn’t do much thinking about it, we figured it was just broke. A few days went by, me and my husband went out for a night stroll. We walked to the pool area and left our children at the room for a few. They fell asleep with the front door locked, so that left us stuck outside. Mysteriously, We decided to walk around the back to see if the screen door was unlock and lo and behold, we was able to walk through the screen door and sliding door ! (It was broken, NO LOCKS) This is a safety issue !!! Anyone can just walk through the back at any given time. Without a CARD!
Also, on our stay, we sweated the entire weekend. Upstairs was so hot but the bottom downstairs was cooler. We had to use the ceiling fans for relief. We continued to drop the air lower and lower as the day went by. Even on 65 degrees COLD, we was upstairs still sweating. Compensation they gave us was 2 extra hours at the resort. Bad customer Service. &Rooms are not up the part as they seem. Book at your own risk.
