This was the best hotel stay I have ever had in my life. The hotel facilities and safety were well given, but the most wonderful thing was the warm and heartfelt hospitality of all the staff. I was really impressed. I stayed there for 7 days, and I was amazed at the professional and excellent service given to each and every guest at such a large brand hotel, with never a single unpleasant experience. On the day I arrived at the hotel, I got car sick and wasn't feeling well when I checked in, but Ms. ASTEL at the front desk brought me water as a service and I felt better, Thank you :), the two Ms. LAURA who speaks fluent Japanese, the manager who always treated me kindly and with a smile (we took a picture together!) , ADAM and STEPHEN who always made me laugh at breakfast, and the housekeeping lady who cleaned my room, Really! Really! Amazing! Everyone was so wonderful that I cried on the bus to the airport on the way back. Sedona is a beautiful town with many beautiful tourist spots, but I remember that the staff at Residence Inn By Marriott Sedona had the most beautiful hearts on this trip. Next time I visit Sedona, I will definitely stay at Residence Inn By Marriott Sedona!
