It was expensive due to Milan Expo. Comparing other NH hotel in Milan, quality is inferior though price was similar. There was no specific indication for front desk and laundry, I knew only restaurant's number so I had to ask them. There was welcome letter in my room though I felt it very superficial because of it. I have asked a laundry and it came back broken without excuse. I have asked to resolve this problem though first word they said was it was laundry company's problem and they don't have a responsibility for it. We have ended not paying the cost, though the aptitude wasn't appropriate, I think. And there was an internship girl, she answered me always "I don't know" when I have asked something. Even though she is just intern, she should have other words to say to customers, at least she should try to find out asking other colleagues or by Internet...etc. otherwise shouldn't face to their customers. It's very pity as I found the people in the restaurant in the morning are very nice, they remembered me and what I wanted always and one professional woman im the front desk has answered always quick and clear. Thanks of them, I evaluate 3 otherwise under 2.
