Not a Hilton Experience
We had moved the date two months previous but was not booked in, staff member found the transcript of the chat and agreeing to move the date, after an hour and half managed to get us a room but aircon and fridge not working. Staff were great and as helpful as they could be. Pool area, very outdated and had tiles fallen off the wall, Spa/jacuzzi was not working.
Bed was comfy but far from a deluxe room, they were fully booked with an event, so no option to move room. Had to keep window open as was very hot with no aircon which meant all noise from the event was heard. Took Mrs there for a romantic weekend and the 'Hilton Experience' and was far from that which was very dissappointing. Also told that the Hilton had sold this hotel, was closing down in about a month, so feel sorry for the staff but not a great experience when I paid £209 for 1 night. I emailed the manager 4 days ago and have been ignored
