We missed our flight due to delays in Orlando and were not able to make our flight out of Charlotte due to hurricane Milton. Even though we had a room voucher to pick up at arrival from airline I went ahead and booked the first room I could find, rooms were filling up fast! After returning home, we find out that we were charged again at arrival, charged an incidentals fee of $50, none of which has been refunded/returned to our credit card. The room we had was very simple and had a total of two sets of towels which we didn't use. I don't consider those incidentals.
Customer service is terrible and much to our surprise, the shuttle only runs when they want to run it. And, to reserve a seat on the shuttle to Airport you must be inside the property and sign up, not a guest arriving at the Airport. If you need transport to property this is not the place for you.
I would never recommend this property to anyone. Worst travel experience of all time.
