期待以上でした。とても満足しました。

オーシャンビューで予約するも、部屋から見えるのは前の部屋の屋根のみ。部屋の外のテラスからほんの少しだけ海らしきものが見えただけ。レストランやプール、目の前のビーチが素晴らしかった分本当に惜しかった・・・。

津波以前はパトンビーチあたりの海岸沿いのホテルに宿泊していましたが、今やプーケット全体が荒れてきていると感じる中、スリンビーチにあるこのホテルは静かであり、客室も落ち着きがありセンス良くまとまっていて、とても良いと思います。

Ordinary at best. Low value for the money. Unfortunately, a lot of children throwing tantrums. A more peaceful time could be had at McDonald’s playland! (You can blame the parents of ‘Jack’ for this negative review). They do have a beautiful beach with clear calm water but unfortunately, I suffer from SBE and therefore could not go in the water (hypersensitivity to microscopic sea creatures that get caught in bathing suit and emit toxins... like mosquito biteS!). The rooms seem outdated and there is not a lot of privacy. A lot of stairs to get to your room. Nice breakfast buffet with plenty of options. The beach massage services were very good and I appreciated the beach services provided by the locals!

This place isnt inexpensive, but its worth it. Best place we have ever srayed.

Much better places for the money. Poor service. No beach loungers asp people reserve them with their belongings all day when not at them. No service at your lounger. Must go up to bar every time. Food is subpar except at the Thai Beach Restaurant. Hillside cottages are a trek by foot up around 200 steps from the beach. Nothing special for that price. They are banking on their high ratings but seem to have lost good service compared to other places we stayed in Thailand and Phuket. Anantara Layan was a much better stay in Phuket.

Never fails to impress, will be back next year!!The best beds and Linen, the foods always wonderful and the cocktails aren’t that bad either!!

Overall, I really like the beach and the rooms are clean. Overall a very nice hotel would definitely come back again. Cons: Air con is really loud. I think the noise standard in Thailand might be different to other countries. But as a hotel cater for international guests, the noise from aircon is something needs to be worked on. I got wake up by the noise a few nights. Most of the staff are very helpful and friendly especially the water sports staff. They are great! However, we didn’t think the front desk/reception staff are that good. Everytime we spoke to them, they made us feel like we interrupted them from doing their own things. The shampoo/shower gels etc are stored in the glass bottles that is simply reused guest after guest are not really hygiene. I like the factor that it is more environmental friendly but there need to be a better way than just keep reusing the same containers. Especially the body lotion which is in a jar without a pump. You need to dig your finger in the jar to get it out. Again with the glass containers, the pumps are not working. Once pressed, they took a long time to come up. But one pump is just one drop of product which can not cover the whole body or hair. Basically, the bottles are really hard to use. Pool and gym close too early.

Absolutely amazing hotel and location. Best beach in Phuket.
